These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ailogics.ai (the "Site"), operated by AI Logics ("AI Logics", "we", "us"). By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is a corporate information page only. Individual AI Logics products (for example LoveForever AI) are provided under their own separate terms of service, published on each product's own website. Nothing on this Site creates an account, subscription, or service relationship with you.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You must not:

interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data;
scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the Site, including for training machine-learning models, without our prior written consent;
use the Site in a way that violates applicable law.

2. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, brand names, product names, animations, video, code, and design — are owned by AI Logics or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "AI Logics", "LoveForever AI", and other product names and marks shown on the Site are trade names or trademarks of AI Logics. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

3. Informational content; no advice

Content on the Site is provided for general information about AI Logics and its products. It may include forward-looking statements about products that are in development ("In Build"). Such statements are indicative only: features, timelines, and availability may change or be cancelled without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, a warranty, or investment, legal, or other professional advice.

4. Third-party links

The Site links to external websites, including product sites operated by AI Logics group entities and third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of external sites. Some linked products are intended for adults only and are gated accordingly on their own sites.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Logics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
